Tax Deductions

GLC HOPE Ministries is an independent 501 ( C ) (3) non-profit corporation. 

 Financial contributions are tax-deductible, appreciated and gratefully acknowledged. 

Any furniture, appliance and/or household items donated to GLC HOPE Ministries are also deductible from your income tax. While we cannot take the responsibility for estimating the dollar value of your contribution, the government feels that you, the contributor, are in the best position to estimate honestly the true value of your gift. When you donate to us we will, upon request, send you an "Evaluation Form for Income Tax Deduction" that you can use for your tax purposes. We will list on the form factors that are the ones Internal Revenue authorities have considered applicable. 

The Internal Revenue Service considers your financial donations deductible and therefore you will be issued a receipt, upon request, for your monetary contribution. 

It is our intention to make all community service agencies and churches aware of our corporation to encourage them to make referrals to us of those in need. 

It is also our intention to solicit items and monetary resources from churches, individuals, businesses and any areas  sensitive to the goals and visions of GLC HOPE Ministries. In doing so it will enable us to continue to meet the needs in and around our community.
